How do we ship your products to you?
The Naked Grape currently delivers our products in the United States via
US Priority Mail. If you would like to ship internationally
please contact us at
(508) 951-3424 to determine shipping costs. Within the United States we offer
delivery via US Priority Mail.
All products are usually shipped within 48 hours from
the time your order is placed.
Do we guarantee your satisfaction?
At The Naked Grape we are committed to bringing you the highest quality products at affordable prices. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you have the option to return it to us. Please notify us by email returns@thenakedgrape.com of your intention to return your product within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) that you must include with your return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. Refund amount does not include shipping charges. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If your purchase is defective or malfunctioning in any way, return shipping will be reimbursed, and no restocking fee will apply. If for any reason any part of your order is missing please contact us at returns@thenakedgrape.com and advise us of the missing item. The Naked Grape will ship you the missing item at no extra cost.
RETURNS ON AFFILIATE PROGRAM PRODUCTS
Any purchases made within The Naked Grape "affiliate program" with other wine merchants such as purchasing wine, wine clubs, wine accessories, wine gifts and any other wine related items must follow the return policies and return program of the company those items were purchased from. The Naked Grape is not responsible for our "affiliates" terms and conditions and their return policies.
